In Warsaw, poland, the I A R U Region 1 held a conference 16-23 april 1975. The Conference was held in order to co-ordinate the proposes for WARC conference in 1979 in Gemneva Switzerland. The Polish Posr dedicate a stamp to the IARU and the conference.
